Privacy Policy
Effective: October 17, 2026
The short version: Proof (v1) collects essentially nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking cookies. We built it that way on purpose.
What we collect
- Age-gate flag: when you confirm you are 18+, your browser stores that answer in its own localStorage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Click counts: when you click an outbound link, a count is stored in your browser's localStorage. This also stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Emails you send us: if you use a mailto link (for reports, questions, or notices), the email opens in your own email client. We only receive what you choose to send.
We do not run a server-side database of visitors, and we do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers for marketing or analytics in v1.
What we don't do
- No sale of data. We have nothing to sell, and we never will sell personal information.
- No ad trackers. v1 of Proof includes no third-party advertising trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting.
- No accounts. There is nothing to register for, so there is nothing to leak.
Third-party platforms
When you click through to a partner platform (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans), you leave Proof and are subject to that platform's own privacy policy. We can't control what they collect.
Children
Proof is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes v1 of Proof. When we launch features that need data — such as analytics, creator accounts, or saved lists — we will update this policy before those features go live, change the effective date, and describe exactly what is collected and why.
