These terms govern your use of Proof. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What Proof is

Proof is a discovery directory: a curated, searchable list of identity-verified creators, with links to their pages on third-party platforms. We help you find creators; the platforms themselves handle subscriptions, payments, and content delivery.

Proof is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, or any other listed platform. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. 18+ requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use Proof. By passing our age gate and using the site, you confirm that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the directory or its listings.
• Use Proof for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, impersonate, or defame any person.
• Attempt to bypass the age gate, or submit false reports, fake reviews, or fraudulent verification materials.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or access controls.

4. No guarantee of listing accuracy

Listings describe creators and link to their external pages, but creators control their own profiles, prices, and content. We review listings for policy compliance, but we do not guarantee that a listing is current, complete, or accurate — prices change, creators rebrand, pages move. If something looks off, treat the linked platform as the source of truth.

5. Referral links

Some outbound links on Proof are referral links: if a creator signs up through one, we may earn a commission from the platform at no cost to you or the creator. Referral income funds the directory and does not affect listings or rankings — see our Affiliate Disclosure for the full explanation and our ranking criteria.

6. Third-party platforms

When you follow a link to a platform, you leave Proof. Your activity there is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, pricing, billing, or data practices.

7. Limitation of liability

Proof is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on listings, or your interactions with third-party platforms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Proof evolves. The current version is always published here, with the effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
